Bloody hell, started reading this thread for some genuine advice. Seldom seen such a vicious thread. As a woman pissing in a crowd would not be an option for the more demure of us but really dont see anything wrong with blokes descreetly pissing in a bottle . Some of the opinions though are verging on fascist and think I would rather have a cup of piss thrown at me than be unfortunate enough to find myself standing next to some of the Pol Pot's on here. :pogranichnik:

Think this thread has scared me into thinking I have the potential to beaten up at Glastonbury, if i even attemped to piss in a bottle/cup never mind relieve myself on the ground.

You may not be, in fact I'd be surprised if you were, but you're obviously incapable of extracting relevant points from a debate, so make of that what you will.

Doing what I've done twice may be seen to have been selfish, but I in no way planned to end up doing it and I made a call when not fully in charge of my reason. I'm sure you've never done anything differently when you've had a few. If you've never drunk at all, then fair enough. If you say you've never regretted anything or done anything selfish then I'll call you a liar. I apologise for my previous actions. However, I've altered my behaviour so if in that situation again I won't have a negative impact on others, only myself. That is not selfish. Get that through your head. I also said I didn't personally mind if someone made that decision that they felt they had to take (even if that involved pissing on the floor), as long as it wasn't pre-meditated, wasn't repeated and didn't upset other people who could see or come into contact with what was happening. If I saw it and thought they'd made every effort to ensure this, I wouldn't be overjoyed, but I wouldn't harp on about it. I have and will continue to challenge people if their behaviour is genuinely offensive to me and others.

Now I'm not going to resort to any further name calling and have only done so in this thread when people have called me something first, but lets just say that your arguing that I AM selfish is a product of your inability to read and interpret arguments properly. When I wake in the morning, I won't be selfish. You may have a longer way to go before you can say you can critically review the literature.

This has always been a flippin nightmare for me and my thimble sized bladder - I drink that much Cider that by the time i've got back from the bogs I need to go again...

My GP has given me something called Vesicare Solifenacin and I can hang on for hours now so I'm hoping to spend far more time watching the bands this year.

Jesus Christ, we have a new person who's unable, or unwilling to read. Well done. I thought the Swedish education was meant to be the best in the world.

Oh...and whisty? Wish you'd have said earlier. Hold my flag while I... or you can hold the bottle if you like.

I looked into parkgrange/johnny-yen, but it can cause drowsiness and was worried booze would make it worse, though there's no specific indications not to drink with it. I'd hate to be wiped out tirednesswwise by a drug at Glasto...

On the flip side, it can cause constipation, so at least you only have to worry about sitting in a bog a few days after Glasto! :D

Sounds interesting. I'm guessing this is something you cannot buy across the counter. Can I ask what reasons you gave for wanting this? I'm surprised the doc didn't just say "go to toilet more often". Have you tried it yet? Are there any side effects? Thanks.
