If you've not seen, Boomtown have introduced a "magic carpet", 300ft long, which is essentially one of those things that you have in airports which you stand on and moves along (are they called travellators?)

Not quite sure what to make of this tbh. I can understand it in certain areas of the site for disabled camping, but not sure I'd want it extended.

yep, I said something like that (cos that's how it was said to me), and I was refering to Boomtown.

I hadn't realised it would be a charged-for thing tho. I'd assumed it would be part of the 'general facilities'.

Never been to Boomtown (althought really wanted to last year but went to the olympic gig at Hyde park for a mates birthday) I'm not sure what the 'often fearful gradient' the website i read said about it is like, but are people really going to queue (i presume will be likely) to be helped along 300 feet?
