I didn't say that Eminem was going to be announced last night or when he would what so ever. It was in a group of 3.

along with another group of 20 or so.

And on to my bit about a good bet, it was exactly that, a good bet thought. Not a prediction for Mumford & Sons for R&L at all

but if it turns out to be right you'll of course claim it as an absolute prediction.

gazza, you're proving yourself too stupid to use efestivals. We don't do stupid here.

Pretty sure he jumped on the bandwagon after I pointed out that he's got a new album out next year...

It wasn't at that point that I actually thought he might play the thought, actually, and for certain reasons, have a stab at it.

Okay..It started by the way that he did have a new album release for April. Then i thought, the headline pool was getting smaller like everyone else.

I thought, there are a lot of not only older fans that would probably like to either see him as they didn't or see him again. He played V in 2011 so there was a two year gap, he attracts an age range very much of what R&L is aimed at these days too. And, not that I thought at the actual time but V and T had got him before, he has a new album out, which would give a 1st listen and that a new booker in place, new idea's, different stages.

So I thought bugger it and went for it.

Again, to reiterate, I have not made it sound like anything else at all. I said thanks and well, that should've been it really.

I don't have insider knowledge and haven't tried to appear that I do. I didn't know for sure it was Eminem what so ever, just like most of us don't actually know. it was a punk, it can be called lucky, I'm not fussed.
