I wouldn't mind them at Reading, before I saw them this year I always kind of dismissed as a band of their time, a laugh but nothing I'd really want to see and tbh I never really "got" them I don't think...but I saw them at the o2 on the tour this year as my mate had a spare ticket and it was bloody brilliant I thought!

Well if that counts as a prediction then consider the gauntlet thrown down.

they're all as much a prediction as gazza's - a guess with names plucked from the air. If you pull enough names from the air you get to be 'right' (that's the gazza version of 'right', not a real 'right').

that's not quite true - my multiple posts yesterday saying "my guess is..." were based on information.

I knew who was going to be announced, but I decided not to use it (for good reasons). After having posted that I didn't know, I made those "my guess is..." posts specifically to be able to demonstrate afterwards that I did know. It was done precisely as it was, so that the posts would work out as they did (as I posted yesterday after the announcement)...

Yeah, if I put all combinations of 6 numbers on the lottery on then I'm bound to win it then bragging how lucky I am for winning it. I'll probably be a little bit out of pocket but at least i got the kudos for winning the lottery though...

Same as guessing every feasible band or act then claiming it as a massive victory when one comes off. It's not even an act that people would say 'he isn't big enough to headline' at least if say people are predicting Biffy, SOAD, Bloc Party etc when people have been questioning their ability to headline and they then come off as headliners people would have the I told you so factor.
