1. I explained to him after the first one that I am indeed black. Regardless if he believed it or not the fact was in front of him.

I didn't like Com no, no-one on that thread did. I took exception to the fact that he would blow in stir shit and mock people who were justifiably unhappy by getting Tinie Tempah as a headliner. What made it genuinely racist was the fact that he continued on with it. I said it was a bit racist the first time, because on the face of it, it was. Regardless of any circumstance, posting a Gorilla at a black person in retaliation to something mocking you could be deemed as racist. As I said had he stopped there it would have stopped. He kept on with it.

Where is the Irony. I never jumped at a conclusion until he repeatedly did it afterwards. Had he stopped at 1 post nothing would have happened.

You're all jumping to the conclusion that I saw the monkey and went off on a crusade to have him banned. Not so. His immaturity and inability to not cross a line that was drawn clearly in front of him got him there. I just laughed as he crossed it and thought it was pathetic that, that was his attempt to upset someone on a forum.

Why bring it up again then? You were very clearly wanting an argument and that's why most people are against you. I think Com should have been banned yes because he took it too far posting it several times but I just cannot comprehend why you're looking to stir it up once more.

I wanted a response from him and him alone. Originally it was him attacking me saying he loves how upset I was by the gorilla pictures. I never intended for his band of keyboard warriors to get all angry about it. That was the first contact I had with him since it happened, so that was me getting mine back. It was more of a how do you like them apples post.

I didn't realise that this particular thread was one of the 'forums are be all and end all of life' threads with people who take it too seriously. I can almost guarantee that some of the people on here would be the same people that appear on the side of live sports streams "warning" people not to use capital letters as it upsets their society of internet chat.

I apologise if anyone other than Com Truises Jimmies have been rustled throughout this.

I knew nothing about this, the first I heard about it was you in this thread asking how his exile was (and it definitely came across as you bragging that you'd got him banned). As you chose to do that in public in a different area from the initial incident and thus drawing people into the situation who were not originally involved, I don't think you can really request that people now 'let it be'. It's understandbale that you might want to make a 'how do you like them apples' post but if you're going to do it in front of others then expect other people to become interested in what's going on. I don't really know ComTruise so I'm not sure what you hope to achieve by accusing people of being 'his band of keyboard warriors' or taking these forums too seriously (pot, kettle), other than creating animosity that you now also seem to want people to forget about.

I'd imagine that rather than trying to be racist with the original post he was mocking your response and over-sensitivity to what he originally posted. Pointing out that people are over-sensitive to racism is not the same as racism. However if you have genuinely been offended in any way then there's an issue and if you clearly requested him to stop because you were finding what he was saying was offensive (even if that wasn't his intention) then he should have. A lot of your comments have been about how he was shitting up the Beni thread and annoying everyone in there, but I don't really see how that's relevant to him supposedly being racist, unless the accusations of racism were punishment for or to get him to stop acting like a tit in that thread.

Internet forums are always going to suffer from misinterpretation and misunderdtanding. One like this with a number of irreverant, stubborn and mischevious members are, while having sympathy for people who have been genuinely offended or abused, more likely to react to being told what they can or can't talk about, people gloating about things, self-rightousness, people overreacting or any kind of over-sensitivity. That how it is, any kind of racism, sexism, ageism etc. is not acceptable (and yes at times it does get close to the bone) but if you display any of the above characteristics then you're fair game to be wound up.

Bought my ticket just in case it sells out. I can always easily sell it on twickets if I decide not to go in the end
