Don't see how The Kinks wouldn't suit Reading, plenty of the people I went with to Reading would love to see a Kinks reunion, as would most of the people I spoke to, and 17 years old is hardly the demographic The Kinks would be targeting.

Wait, what? Where is this Foo Fighters show? UK? I want in!

And I guess that makes sense... now I think about it, Enter Shikari said something about not returning before the new album was done last year and still showed up. Okay, maybe YMAS headlining NME then, with BMTH subbing and Oli coming out for Bite My Tongue?

apparantly some guys at reading got told by benn that the killers, blur and pearl jam were not an option for next year, but kol he would consider.

If KOL returned and headlined, you can kinda see a reason to make up for last time - UK exclusive too, would that rule The Prodigy out of headliner due to having subbed a different day back in 09 too?

Would be good if you have a new band like you mentioned, dance act and a older band as the other headliner and then you have something for everyone. Someone like manics, stereophonics etc etc.

YOu me at 6

stereophonics(manics have beent here and done that)

chase and status.

Your probably right about the phonics and v festival, Never a massive fan of theres. Loved the first album and mr writer and thats about it.

Trying to think of big 90s bands who couldnt headline but are big enough to headline nme. Cant really think of anyone, perhaps suede but they headlined nme couple of years back.
