two oldies seems an odd one, yep. It's one of the factors in the mix for why I think it might not be R/L.

If Reading does have Sabbath and Depeche Mode it would be a very strange lineup but it certainly would be a very different route to usual. We can't exactly say either band has headlined Reading recently... or many UK fests for that matter. I'd enjoy both bands.

ermmm .... I guess you're somehow confused about what i've said.

I've had the DM info via a source who had it from a DM band member. As I've said, all I know is that they're headlining a festival, but not which. Their tourdates say to me that they're not really available to do any of the other likely festivals apart from Bestival, tho Rob da Bank has said he wasn't able to book them. All that is really left is Reading/Leeds. It might be wrong.

I can't remember where i might have mentioned Sabbath in posts i've made today, but if I have I'll make clear that what I have heard about DM is not connected to anything Sabbath.
