Anyone else think the poster looks terrible this year?

ReadingWebposter%2024_04.JPG

Looks like the font size changes from letter to letter, and it's too big in general; it looks very cluttered lower down. 'Foo Fighters' appears to be written in a generic font rather than a proper logo, Lanegan has an extra G in it (unless that's how it's supposed to be spelled?), several logos are poor quality/pixelated, plus issues with line width on the second stage (higher-up bands getting squashed to fit onto one line while lower bands get plenty of space on a line to themselves)...

It just looks like a fake, made by someone either without proper software or that doesn't really care/know what they're doing.

Maybe FR have done the poster not up to standard on purpose, so that when all the fakes circulate for 2013 we will be more inclined to believe them as we wont be able to tell the diffirence in quality (font sizes, spelling mistakes :P, bands to high  or low etc) resulting in more rumours and more excitement haha

Or maybe i have just thought about it to much :P

Edit. Obviously im joking.

Azaelia banks

The singer/rapper has pulled out of all six of her UK festival appearances, including Lovebox,RockNess, Parklife Weekender, Rough Beats, Wakestock, and Bestival.

Her website still lists the performer as playing Reading and Leeds Festival from 24-26 August 2012, but there

I'm a bit puzzled by this, if she needed to utilise most of the summer to work on the new album, how come shes scratched off what is probably a similar sized set at Bestival, obviously after R+L, then?

I mean I could probably hazard a gue$$, but its unusual.

    • Hi Everyone!   I need your help. I'm trying work out who was playing at The Wishing Well at 3am on the Monday morning at the 2025 festival - this was once the official setlist had ended. The music was down tempo, bass heavy, kept evolving, just mesmerising. Anyone have any ideas? and/or was there as well?
