got our twenty odd in the end, with a few phonecalls of 'i don't know who you are but i love you' helping out friends of friends - massive pre-festival love-in

and now back to bed, couldn't sleep last night for the fear (and it's raining too hard to risk leaving the house!)

good luck anyone still trying - twitter still saying thousands left and seems to be getting easier to find those see tickets parking spaces...

bs x

Got mine at around 9.30!! :D I was really panicking though, constantly refreshing the window and redialling for half an hour, I really thought I wouldn't get through!

I seriously feel for the people who are STILL stuck in the 'queue' !! I genuinely hope everyone who wants to manages to get some tickets

Phew , we think we all got in. What a nightmare 3 hours. I managed to get one through my mate who called me when he got through. My brother and his son got his when his sons mate got through, and our friend got his when my mate got through again for the second time! All very confusing. None of us has got any email confirmation yet though, although all of this happened from 11am onwards. I'll start to panic again after 24 hours if i don't get any emails! But as of now we are all go for the 3rd year running!!!!!!!!!!

Logged on to the page at 8:50. Got in around 9:50 and got the 3 tickets we need. Email received from See about 12:30. Sorted.

We're goin' to Glasto, We're goin' to Glasto, We're goin' to Glasto (etc.)......

:D

Thankfully friends of mine got my tickets at around 09:30. Went out for celebratory breakfast only to come back and see that a load of mates still hadn't got them. Started to load up the pages again around 11:30 and after getting the queue refreshed on 5 pages for a few minutes they all dropped into the reg entry screen within about 10 seconds of each other. Tickets ordered for the other 6, now we're all going!

Got my 3 but had to get someone else to get them for me. I was stuck in the queue since 8.50am. My mate joined the queue after me and got his. I told him of my woes and he joined the queue again and still beat me to it.

How does that work? Seems a little unfair to me.

I'm pleased I got them in the end but for future reference how come he was quicker than me? Better PC? Better ISP? Better luck?

My parents were originally going to get mine but after 2 hours of having no luck I managed to get one via a friend on Twitter. My parents didn't get tickets in the end and I probably wouldn't have either if it wasn't for that. Glad I'm going but feel a bit guilty now! Got mine at like 12.30ish.

I was in the queue from 8.50am, but had to leave at 9.15 to get my son to football!!! I was literally crying in the car ... not a good morning.

But I left two pages open on my pc, and when I got back at 11.40 one of them had gone through! I have no idea why it hadn't then expired, but I managed to put all of my details in successfully.

Now just waiting on confirmation.

Very happy x peace x

    • Id suggest they would need another new album before they play again - Otherwise the show is going to probably be very similar to the one they played at the last festival.
    • Absolutely not, I dont know of it selling out but they needed TFG and Skyvip to shift them. Biffy aren't either and they didn't go to TFG and I wouldn't say Kasabian are either and they sold it out the quickest. Liam Gallagher did Finsbury Park as well and subbed the Pyramid Stage, Noah Kahan did two nights at BST and subbed the Pyramid though that's a rare one. Finsbury itself will definitely not grant you top spot, that field can hold 100k      That's fair. I'm definitely in the camp myself that Fender and Harry are most likely.

    • I don't think he will announce restarting north sea drilling.    He'll hint at it instead and kick it down the road.   And the plan isn't for new licenses anyway.
    • LCD Soundsystem seem perfect for the outdoor circuit. I could definitely see them doing that.
