As stated previously, i was really nervous, I wasn't beforehand, but the night before i realised my eager countdown via facebook and basically the world that Ticket day was coming left me in a Useless position of ridicule if i didn't get through, so I was wide awake at 5am, worried sick, even though last year I got them with ridiculous ease. Woke up at 7, Showered nervously, shaved nervously (face feels it now!)and logged on to the computer nervously, refreshed from 0830 onwards and come 0849, i was on the page for two different sets, 0901, Booking confirmation for me and 2 mates. Jubilation and calmness went through, as our group of 10, were still unbooked i carried on and booked every last one in different goes, and Halleluljah, at 1256, the last ticket got through and completed for 1259, upon refresh it had sold out, we were very very lucky :) BUT were all going and I'll see you there, again!

Thank God, the missus and I are emigrating to US next month but flying back for Glasto. Got tickets for us and the usual suspects 2 1/2 hours in, just as we were all losing hope

See you down on the farm, roll on another amazing week

i had no luck whatsoever on my pc for almost an hour and as i've had a pretty shitty year (glastonbury 2010 being the only shining light) i was starting to get worried, then... somebody on here suggested using mobile phones instead of pc's and i thought "what the hell" located my phone, typed in the linky and bingo... straight through, then i got 2 more tickets for 2 more of my group.... an hour later a call from 2 more friends and i have desparately tried to get tickets for them all morning, from 10-1.30ish until it said sold out and had no luck at all... needless to say i will be hitting the resales like a mofo... JOY OF JOYS though I have a ticket and I am going next year.... wooooooohooooooo :D

Thank you Efests xx

Got mine at 9.50 with my first original back door link (thanks efestivals!) which had stalled just after I entered my reg number at 8.50am but was still

running in the background. Had some other Firefox See Tickets tabs running too when suddenly after an hour that original one popped back up allowing me

to buy the ticket. So woohoo!!! 16th Glastonbury in a row, here I come!

    • Same’s happened at MSG recently with Rush and Phish alternating nights. I guess each band has its own unique production so their riggers will be kept busy
    • The rumour was uk arena tour late this year.  Same as Charli xcx cant be announced until Reading headline is done.
    • Latest from the sun at least is that harry is still headlining but Olivia has turned down a spot next year to work on new music and hope for 2028.   So they can't have Fender, Fontaines, Harry, Olivia and Madonna.
    • I mean I don't think EC and FFDP are borderline sub, they wouldn't be any lower now.   2025 is about as strong as Bloodstock gets yet this year only one headline would sub and the others would play 3rd down or lower.    Machine Head wouldn't sub at Download regardless of rarity, they don't sell enough tickets and I'm not sure Gojira would sub either. Their last UK tour was a mix of smaller arenas and academy dates. Ally Pally being the only London date, not even Wembley Arena.
    • live music / main stage will generally end around 11pm but theres dj’s and late goings on right till 4am if you are so inclined.   Drinks are about £7.50 a pint probably and yes theres lots of mixed drinks / spirits / cocktails available to buy   wonderful festival, back for my third year in a row and 4th overall
