Madness in Lost Vagueness was one of my best Glastonbury moments ever so this is very very good news! Although I feel like maybe they should be on in the dark? Having said that, a sunny Sunday after Rolf, oh yes.

Hooray. I probably hadn't thought about Madness for about 10 years, but just listening to them now, and the thought of a field full of people going mental to them is bringing me out in goosebumps. Could be superb

Seeing them in Lost Vagueness in '07 was one of my top 10 Glastonbury moments. We were in the Casino when the set started and wandered into the tent. Only thing that would have made it better was all the people on outside the tent being inside.

Confirmed by press release from the bands new record label USM at MIDEM trade fair in Cannes. 100% corroborated - do not know which Stage; hope for Pyramid afternoon slot.

The fourth headliner will be on the Saturday, I think we've established that.

Pama International and Skatellites? Now yer talkin!

I am confident that they will be playing Sunday, probably though not definately, on the Pyramid. This news should be confirmed soon as its pretty much out the bag now amongst their die-hard fan following. Many of them are already arranging tickets for Glasto now for the first time just to be able to see them play such a venue.

    • RIP Roy Hattersley
    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
