Well the Hard Rock Calling Twitter said to bring wellies... I really can't be bothered to bring them on the train but I really cant imagine hyde park to be THAT bad.

We are heading down thursday, get an extra day in london (hotel was cheap enough :P)

I agree with the ticket comment up there. But I reckon If soundgarden hadn't played download this would have sold much better.

From a couple of people who went wireless on my facebook, the site looks muddy but I no one looks deep in mud , you'd probs be orite in an old pair of trainers tbh. (I.E your shoes might get a tad dirty but I'd say wellies are bit OTT

....yeah I'm really excited about the gig but I can't help but think that most Soundgarden fans would have made the trip to knebworth to see them, I almost did and certainly wouldn't have paid for a HRC ticket had I gone.

If they'd been announced at the same time, it would have been a different story.

I went to Wireless on Sunday (don't judge me!) and completely underestimated the mud. I had been following the Wireless twitter which said that you could wear wellies if you wanted to be on the safe side. I took that to mean it wasn't that bad having to been to some muddy festivals in my time.

If it's anything like last weekend, I would highly recommend wellies or decent boots. There was no escaping the mud at all.
