Doesn’t matter if it’s fake or not up to date, it’s a bad PR. Even Czech media are reporting that Sziget is not happening next year. They should release some official statement on their socials or they will lose most of their potential attendees…

Not that we had too much chance for it, but The Cure seems to be ruled out assuming they play every 2 days.

So it's going to be only 5 days. If the lineup is going to be strong, it won't be an issue. But the 1 day less could make the festival look weaker if there will also be less strong names on the poster.

I think we might get Gorillaz (they are doing a lot of european festivals this year, InMusic, primavera sound porto and barcelona, best kept secret, la prima estate, phillgood) and one festival in sweden on 15th of august, they will be around. Maybe Twenty One Pilots and Lorde since they are at Fm4frequency festival in Austria, and also top are doing a lot of festivals too

Wild guess: Tyler, the Creator / Gorillaz / Twenty One Pilots / Swedish House Mafia / some pop act. 
Can't see Nick Cave there, and even assuming The Cure could do Sweden-Norway back to back and play Sziget on the last day, they rather do Flow Festival on 16th. Would be glad to be wrong.

I would say the headliners will be at a decent standard. 

 

With 1 less day, will it be a stronger lineup? Or just the same standard with 1 less day. Will the price take 1 less day into account?

 

Certainly good news though, that its survived. Chances are I won't be attending next year, but good news.

Yeah, it should be very strong, otherwise it will look weaker, but I'm waiting for the festival

I assume there will be a decent acts of edm, maybe a little more rock, and following the traditions there shoul be at least 2 big surprise/wow headliners (gorillaz, linkin park pls)

I think they will get someone like Dua Lipa and Twenty One Pilots for the first two days, Friday+Saturday will be DJs possibly. Artists are cheaper throughout the week, I think that's why the last day is on a Saturday, not on a Sunday. Saturdays are always the weakest regarding live music as far as i remember, wednesdays, thursdays and mondays are top.
