I don’t think they’d clash too much tho would they , it probs be having to make the choice of seeing last 20 mins of Lorde or first 20 mins of the prodigy

Be more concerned about getting in the barn so wouldn’t take the risk

That Friday is still ruining it for me , need a Richard Ashcroft or two door cinema club in the barn

I’d guess it’ll be someone a little older in the barn that night.  Fingers crossed over the next few weeks we get a couple of packages anyway to help people decide what they want to do

Yeah I assume so to but Richard Ashcroft is old 😉 and I think two door wouldn’t even have to headline the barn out there . They didn’t in 2019 I believe.

I don’t think Thursday does tho , I think the prodigy is in the barn so it’s just Mumford right now

If The Prodigy are in the Barn it's probably Lorde or The Offspring. The Offspring the same time as The Prodigy in the barn would probably be unlikely. A likely big crossover and very similar time period of them being around. Lorde, Lewis, one of the Saturday and Moby feels a bit too light with a pretty light top line as well.

And I’d be okay with that leak being correct Kasabian , Prodigy and Mumford all in the same day that’s 3 UK headliners

At various sized festivals yes

How about some Belgian names - blackwave, Romeo Elvis, Black Box Revelation, OATW (!!), ToDieFor, Warhaus (maybe they played this year?), Tamino.. they'd be nice additions, to name a few.

Oldies - well, Pulp is unrealistic imo but I'd love to see them again. Johnny Marr would be great...

And I know there are strong rumors regarding Little Simz (who is a flawless performer), but damn, in this category it was Doechii's year. Werchter shouldn't miss booking her if she's touring.

The one I’ve seen mentioned over on Festileaks is Bazart.  I wondered about Johnny Marr also because of Gorillaz being there and how much he’s on their new album

Then book Modest Mouse and chuck Johnny Marr back in the band too

Are they doing European shows these days? That would be awesome!!

BTW, do we trust the hints from the app and "conclude" Capaldi and Prodigy are headlining the Barn?

Nah nothing announced yet. Just wishful thinking on my part as they're my favourite band! Haven't seen them since going over to Seattle for the Lonesome Crowded West tour a few years back. Very jealous they've been doing Moon and Antarctica shows recently too.

Can't conclude anything for definite till it's been announced by the festival. Wouldn't surprise me if they move stuff around. If you had to ask me today I'd say Prodigy headlining Barn and Lewis Capaldi main stage sub, but there's plenty more knowledgeable and experienced Werchter goers than me who might think differently.
