So you've given me three? I'll give you Broco and Shikari did a few arenas on tour, so where are the others to have played arenas on a tour rather than the odd smaller arena? You're not having Bullet though, they play Nottingham the odd one time when gigs could happen again and Welsh Arena being from Wales lol. Did one Ally Pally years ago. Their biggest tour was unsold off their biggest album way after Trees.

Ask a question, get a factually correct answer and then still kick off about it. Honestly don't know why you post on here half the time

You're talking crap again, kick off about what you fool. Don't cry about people posting because you were able to name two bands who did arena tours out of the 7 you claimed did making your claim not factually correct at all lol. Do your research first lad, then you might not post half as much.

Build a bridge and GTF over yourself!

Build a bridge and GTFO yourself.

I didn't claim anyone played arenas?! I just answered the question you posted.

Also it's 3 not 2 bands! Whether you like BFMV is completely irrelevant to if they're played arenas or not. I don't like them either but it doesn't change reality of what venues they've played.

Before it kicks off more the word was several not Seven.

So he gave you several bands that have done it.

Night all

Papa Roach are playing arenas again?! Jesus, I'm always so surprised by how the popularity of bands fluctuates. I remember catching them at Manchester Academy sometime in the 00s and, while very fun, they definitely felt and sounded past their prime.

One tour, for the 20th anniversary of Infest, I'd imagine they likely will drop back down going forward

Ah Gotcha! Folks bloody love an anniversary tour!

Correction, I would have seen them around 2015, not the 00s.

You Me At Six, Frank Turner, Gaslight Anthem, Idles (dunno if they had at that point but definitely could have)

There's your 7, and your several

Gaslight with their one Wembley Arena, you're getting worse. Frank Turner did without opening the top of the venues up because it made sense to play them at the time over academies. If you wver want to know an arena gig thay was easier to grab a ticket for that Biffy Clyro on their previous arena tour it was Frank! Idles you don't know but could have lmao. If my nan had wheels she's be a bike is about as relevant as that take is. On that note, continue to justify your narrative lol.

And we will, he likely won't be there 😂

If you're the likes that go there thank god! What awful rubbish you make up with your one date at Wembley Arena that's suddenly a tour. If AFI are there I will be there....remember their arena tour lmao.

Aye. And ended up just doing close to a standard set.

Think they changed the branding after a while for it but still pretty shite.

    • I see, well even if they aren't on sale it's still not a disaster sales wise, it's not like they are struggling to sell a half capacity areana
    • Blue dot wouldn’t be a thing if Ticketmasters dynamic pricing went down as well as up, it proves that the dynamic pricing was just a scam to make more money rather than something that moved with the market supply/demand.
    • I agree that we’ll never really know up until the concert happens (and even then we still may not know) but I think promoters are having to come up with new tactics to combat ‘blue dot fever’ (already hating that phrase!) and trying to imply that concerts are selling better than they actually are / available tickets are in short supply is definitely one of them.    To add though, it is quite common at the O2 Arena for the rear blocks to not go on sale (and then remain closed for the concert and covered over to hide the empty seats). And equally common for standing to sell out first, then side/lower tier seating next and rear/upper tier seating last.    Jungle’s two concerts at the O2 are a good comparison for this - for their 1st (announced) date, all blocks are on sale and seats in all sections remain unsold, whereas for their 2nd date, the rear blocks are greyed out (more so than for Muse) and equally lots of seats remain unsold in the blue blocks. Standing for both concerts are showing as sold out.
    • MGK can and should headline. I was at one of his shows earlier in the year as a very casual fan, and there were a lot of alt people there. The show was actually class and he completely won me over. Anyone who opposes him headlining is just a gatekeeper imo, we need to move with the times.
