Up behind park and behind arcadia - lot of what looks like caravans/vans in front of the trees and some big marquee tents (I think too far to be backstage park area?), dont recall seeing much up there previously? Is this maybe the campsite steward caravans before they are moved into place?? or stuff relating to Arcadia? Just never noticed anything up there before?

I'm still quietly confident about the weather myself. The met office picture seems to be improving as we get closer, with a week of some rain starting Thursday and then clearing for some drier weather. Most importantly the temps are slowly climbing and we're more likely to see them around the low 20s rather than the high teens with overnight temps in low double digits.

haha geek behaviour types usually have several interests that they are passionate about. we discovered this when someone on efests started talking rollercoasters and some of us outed ourselves as fellow enthusiasts!

I suppose it's all comes down to when you decide to go. For Elton, we went that route from the Other (with loads of time to spare - Little Nas had about 30 mins left) but it was soooo busy that we got sent right up past Hawkwell and Rowmead to enter back in via. the very top of the Pyramid field. That said, I'm sure it was the usual chaos at the pinch point at the market side entrance to the Pyramid field. Simiarly for Bicep I decided to walk all the way along the railway line and cut in via. Avalon to avoid the inevitable crush at Greenpeace. A longer walk but far less crowded.
