Stick!!  Would take this in a heartbeat, but it’s possibly too stacked if that’s even possible!  Clashes everywhere for me!  Great work 👍

Cheers! As I was getting lower down on the lineup I realised it was probably too strong due to me simply reaching the extent of my music knowledge! But who knows maybe the budget will magically grow in size and it’ll be possible😂

I was actually replying to the lineup posted earlier by @wro_lap  but have just read yours and that is a great effort as well - would take yours too, but probably even more stacked and probs a bit unrealistic … but we are allowed to dream aren’t we?

Ah my mistake I’m full of cold medicine and it’s clearly affecting my brain function 😂

@adcarr_ actually scrub what I just said - that Sunday night is the stuff of nightmares - what are you trying to do to us all? 😵

Elton - Fred - M83 - Prodigy - Orbital!!!   I would want to go to all of them - that sounds to me like one of the worst 5 way clashes ever

Loads of great acts here I'd love to see, just think some of the placement is off like you've aluded to. Nice crack at it though!

The Reytons I've been told, from a reliable source, haven't yet been offered a slot but hope to be playing. If they play I'd expect them to be booked 3rd up JP not 3rd down Park.

Haha I felt sick writing it myself but think the Sunday night options are gonna be stacked to avoid chaos at Elton!

Initially had Fred Friday I think but moved him to Sunday to be the same day as skrillex so they can pop over to Arcadia for the inevitable b2b with fourtet (or hopefully do it the Saturday night as I’d quite like to be in a semi-fit state to get my 6 hour coach on Monday morning)

@adcarr_  When I see these line ups I usually do a quick mental count of how many acts I would genuinely want to see over the whole weekend, regardless of whether they clash or not.  Based on nothing but my own taste, a poor one would be 15 and some of the really good ones would be 25 or even approaching 30.  Your one has 39!!

Well you must have great taste then!! Tbh if even half of the ones I’ve put for my own enjoyment are there I’d be over the moon

Yeah they were one I struggled to place. Wasn’t sure how much of a pull they really carry outside of Sheffield but you’re probably correct on that one!

Still plenty of tickets for that arena show they have in their hometown. Imagine it'll shift closer to the time though, particularly if they get some good exposure this spring and summer.

They seem to be selling out dates well across the UK. Few things planned in EU if my memory serves me right, big festival. I'd still stick them on early-mid JP but they may be higher than my estimation.

I think they've sold a fair few from the conversation I had. Some decent festival dates this summer for them so they should be in good stead come end of September. I've known someone involved for quite some time so it's nice to see that they're doing well for themselves.

Ah, good to hear they're not just a local band for local people! Had wondered if their pull could be somewhat Courteeners Mk. II - grow to supermassive size on home turf and struggle to fill out smaller venues south of Birmingham.

Was made up to see a number one album. Always nice to get fresh blood on top.

Stay Together an all-timer which they sadly touch so rarely. Can't remember which of them really dislikes it, but either way, a hell of a loss.

For the Strangers criminally underrated as a reunion era cut too.

Brett is not a fan apparently. Crazy, given how he usually seems to be a good judge of their own strengths.

Been reading this forum ever since ticket sale day and thought I'd finally have a crack at doing a full prediction. My music taste isn't the most diverse but I've tried to cover all fields albeit probably not too successfully. Understand a few placements may be off towards the start of the days due to my limited knowledge, but hopefully it throws a few more names into the discussion!

Fri: Stereophonics -> Becky Hill -> Courteeners/Mimi Webb -> Central Cee -> Lil Nas X -> Lana Del Rey -> Rosalía

Sat: Confidence Man -> Wet Leg -> The Wombats/Death Grips -> Loyle Carner/The 1975 -> Arlo Parks -> Lizzo -> Pendulum

Sun: Candi Staton -> FLO -> PinkPantheress -> Florence + The Machine -> The Vaccines/Denzel Curry -> Pulp -> Elton John

Very much doubt they'd clash all 5 of those Sunday headliners, having to choose between EJ, Prodigy, Fred and M83 would be torture!

OS: Sam Smith, Bring Me The Horizon, Royal Blood, Cigarettes After Sex, Declan McKenna, The Hives, American Football, Stereophonics (surprise opener)

JP: Editors, London Grammar, Bleachers, Danny Brown, Idles (secret set), Sum 41, Mom Jeans.

Sunday

PS: Elton John, Pulp, Jamiroquai, Rod Stewart, Blondie, Manic Street Preachers, Candi Stanton

OS: The Prodigy, The Black Keys, Ghost, Jack Johnson, KSI (I can't stand him btw but wouldn't be overly surprised if he turns up), Circa Waves, The Coral

WH: Fred Again.., Self Esteem, Ezra Collective, Ben Howard, Pink Pantheress, Bad Boy Chiller Crew, Sam Ryder

JP: M83, Skrillex, The Vaccines, Mabel, Annie Mac, Raye, Nova Twins

PA: Orbital, Bloc Party, Denzel Curry, Florence + The Machine (secret set), Fontaines D.C., FLO, Griff

Random b2b predictions

Carl Cox b2b Charlotte De Witte
Fourtet b2b Skrillex b2b Fred Again..
Camelphat b2b Solardo b2b SOSA
Jamie Jones b2b The Martinez Brothers
Ben Hemsley b2b Patrick Topping
Michael Bibi b2b PAWSA

Stereophonics would defo never take that slot! would be stupid to, completely destroys their stature.

great for my tastes this one! brutal clashes on sunday !! Fontaines would be in a far bigger slot than that as well

Don't think big beat will be clashing - let alone 3 dance headliners (and M83 are on the electronic side too!)

Friday Pyramid is great, I'd happily stay there all day

FLO into Soul Glo is a chaotic programming decision but I'm totally here for it 😅
