Fair enough to Healy’s ego if that’s the case. “Special guests” maybe like 2017 when they were on before Biffy.

"Shortly after releasing their fifth album, The 1975 have been confirmed as the group to close the curtain on Trnsmt next year." I could see Ezra Subbing tbh Edited October 28, 2022 by Chiefski
Jayden2304
The 1975 are the biggest ticket sellers there other than fender. No idea how it's gonna work considering the sun have said pulp, Ezra, Sam Fender and the 1975 are headlining

DomDom1984
I don't see anyone ahead of Ezra, given he's a massive ticket shifter. If it's anyone, it's probably Pulp.

fraybentos1
Dunno why Ezra would sub after headlining last time. Probs either a co headliner type thing or Pulp as 'special guests'.
DomDom1984
I'd go with the poster tbh. He will likely know his dates.

49Lawson
Just had a look at pricing up a hotel out of interest for this; the place we stayed in 2021 (The Z Hotel) was absolutely ideally located, cost £280 for 3 nights. For next year when the festival is on its £600! That seems to be the average so that will probably price us out. Shame as I love Glasgow as a city and always found TRNSMT to be a fun weekend whenever we ventured up

I will only go back this year If pulp, the view or sam fender headline. You’ll enjoy it, its cracking its at Glasgow green right in the city That's my only worry to be honest, I'm 31 but starting to feel ancient at some gigs lately haha

jannybruck
That Pulp day is bizarre. So disappointing for anyone up there wanting to see them because there's zero crossover in demographic between Pulp and Ezra/Niall.
