Newborough forest in Anglesey is well known for red squirells. I don't think they'd be that obvious straight away though.

For the teacakes clue, the Tunnock's factory is in Uddingston where there is plenty of park land around Bothwell Castle.

Realistically it's going to be London, Cardiff, Edinburgh or Glasgow, and Belfast, right?

Main parks for jogging in London - Green Park, Hyde Park, Regents Park

Tunnocks bakery in Glasgow is a few miles away from Strathclyde Country Park (EDIT - or Bothwell Castle @mcshed)

Ormeau Park is bang in the middle of Belfast
