Can I just ask that you don't go near GFF until after New York Brass Band? :D

Any time is a good time for cake.  I'm a particular fan of cake and either tea or coffee (depending on time, mood and of course the cake) post-main stages closing and last thing at about 5 in the morning sat outside my tent before bed :)

More gratuitous cake images

Coffee and walnut is about the only cake I fuck with.

I have a weird food and drink thing about two things I like mixed together.

Cake. Nice. Nuts. Nice. Together: rank.

Vodka. Yummers. OJ. Yummers. Vodka and Orange = airplane sick bag in a glass.

Lager. Quenchy. Lemonade. Quenchy. Lager top = hoover bag juice.

Apple pie. Delish. Custard. Delish. AP with C = like licking the bottom of a 1970s Sunday League Football Team’s tea urn.

That kind of madness ends up in a situation where someone doesn't like jaffa cakes.

Love em when tackled appropriately, i.e. like an 8 year old.

Pick off / eat chocolate, eat biscuit / cake, eat orange jelly. Separately.

I'm willing to tolerate some of your nonsense, but this is beyond the pale.

How long does that take you??? How do you get the chocolate off. So many questions

I'm not sure I have ever eaten anything sweet at a festival - well anything I have had to buy anyway.  I have eaten chocolate and biscuits that I have brought with me.  But to buy food, I am strictly a savoury girl - too much choice to waste on cakes and such.

Biscuits are for emergencies only.  I tend to eat savoury all day long!  If I can walk to get a cake, I'd rather walk a little further to get a curry!

Oh man are you missing out. Shaken Udder chocolate milkshakes, cake with a cuppa at the Tiny Tea Tent, and of  course...

Where've you found the best ones? I'm normally so far gone by the time I start demolishing churros I can't tell if it's bum or breakfast time.

The one in Williams Green is good but you have to catch them at the right time cos they can water down the chocolate sauce so its akin to drinking chocolate. Check the sauce before you order.

p.s chocolate milk from the milk wagons in the morning, rum and vodka. Breakfast of champions.
