It's a CD, designed to look like a vinyl 7" single. A real vinyl would be marked 45 RPM or 33 1/3 RPM.

According to Google, "CDs spin at an angular speed of 500 rpm when read from the center and 200 rpm when read near the circumference."

200 to 500 RPM averages at 350 RPM.

I'm too lazy to go back through the thread to find out what the theme of the photos is.  I was also lazy and ended my sentence with "is", instead of crafting it better. Can someone just kindly tell me?

I don't think we have any particular theme to be honest....although @vintagelaureate is doing a sterling job sticking to a 'stress' theme. The rest of us seem to be throwing in anything at least Glastonbury related...as obscure as possible it seems!
