Glastonbury Would You Rather...

Would you rather watch your 3 favourite bands/acts all headline the pyramid stage but have to stay at the pyramid all weekend and go nowhere else, or freely roam the site but not see any of your 3 favourite bands/acts?

Pyramid all weekend I think.

Would you rather stay sober all weekend and have no clashes on your chosen lineup at all, or be able to drink/smoke as much as you like but have every act you want to see playing in the same 3 hour window?

One for the singles;

Would you rather "meet" an absolute stunner, your dream guy/girl, on the Sunday night of a tropically hot & sweaty festival, where you've had an absolute blinder seeing all your favourite bands and dj's with your mates.

or

"Meet" the same person on Wednesday night, but you have to spend the rest of the festival handcuffed to them. (This may or may not be a good thing...)

Don't they try to do this on the Friday night every year anyway?

Endure an hour in Philipa's Van or share a tent and the whole festival experience with sickening egoist Robbie Williams?

Depends. Robbie's not short of a few quid, is he getting the drinks in?

Would you rather live backstage in the VIP area for the rest of your life (but you are not allowed to leave to the rest of the festival) or live in Hartlepool working in a petrol station for the rest of your life (you are also not allowed to leave)?

Depends on which one has microwaveable apple pies.

    • A few snaps from Sunday, which was huge fun, plus Happy Mondays, Radio Free Alice, Fratellis and Pale Waves. We didn't stay for The Streets, as after 3-4 songs it felt so downbeat compared to the rest of the day, and i've got another hectic week at work incoming.
    • It was fine, just hectic! The youngsters were mostly very well-behaved. The weather was a real bonus, although surprisingly chilly evenings - I guess it's the altitude - and the area between sound and main stage was a massive dust bowl.
    • Ive always had a lot of time for the mighty Shots, a pal of mine used to commentate on their games for Sussex Counties radio and he'd sneak me into the ground for midweek games, and we'd even nick a tea and a plate of sandwiches. This is back in the George Borg days, so um . . a little while ago now
    • Hmm, weird- Rush are playing the Co-Op live on the 12th and the 14th, and Megadeth are the meat in that sandwich - so they have to roll everything in, roll it out again, only to roll it back in and then out - here's hoping for a prog hokey-cokey with all manner of bizarre time signatures and drum solos!
    • Depends what you mean by seeing 'more stuff' about it.    I definitely don't trust the original Sun article.
