Other than Slaves headlining, a decent set of bands that'll mostly feature lower down. All other headliners tba

I had hopes set much higher than that and Slaves isn't for me.

Completely terrible, none of the bands I was hoping for and a headliner slot taken up by a band that I particularly dislike. Good chance I'm out of this now.

Yeah that lineup does very little for me so far. Bands I would watch but none that make me particularly excited. Slaves are an awful headliner as well. On top of that they seem to be playing loads of places again as well which wont exactly help 2000 trees sell well.

Yeah, not feeling this one yet. Hope it gets better though.

Also I'm not sure why they had to hold back the announcement to today and not do it on Sunday like they were planning on originally

Definitely going to hold out getting tickets for this, few small bands I'd see but not hugely fussed so far

Just seen on instagram that somebody dropped out that's why they didn't announce Sunday.

Front Bottoms and the Wonder Years!!!! Amazing how two bands can make the lineup look 100 times better. Some great other additions as well.

Announcement at 2pm. Reckon it could be LTA for the other headliner but it's a bit strange that they're announcing it with such short notice

EDIT: I've noticed that it's an announcement for the announcement instead which is lame

Their tour ends Saturday, seems like more than a coincidence if this announcement is Sunday. Not a big fan of the new album but I like LTA.

Think LTA would possibly put me off going entirely. Would be two complete non headliners for me sl the undercard would have to be pretty damn good and unfortunately that is not the case atm except for a couple acts.

I'm expecting LTA because of they are the final headliner then I'm not shocked and pre pared for it and if it it not them then we have a nice surprise (and probably a better band)

Also agreed on LTA being rubbish live. Seen them 3 times and they've been mediocre each time and Mike is a prick so I guess that doesn't help either. I will say that Bretton EP, Far Q and World Record are good. Shame about later stuff which mainly falls flat for me (though they have the occasional song I like after what I said). I would see them at Trees if no one else was on but I'm hoping that isn't the case. Stick The Wonder Years against them and that would be very helpful

I've seen them be good a few times, Reading last year was poor, don't think they suit big stages.

I don't mind Lower Than Atlantis but they are one of worst live bands I've ever seen. Definitely a massively underwhelming choice for a festival headliner if it's them.

What is everyone realistically hoping for in the coming announcement?

Seems certain that LTA are going to be the headliner which is somewhat disappointing, personally hoping for The Hotelier, Joyce Manor, Can't Swim, Marmozets, Casey, Free Throw and Creeper!
