Yep

Thank you for your very helpful reply. Forgive my ignorance about the band - I just know I like them and I particularly like John Martyn's cover of Glory Box. Shame he's gone now.

Anyway, thankfully, I know someone who used to tour with Portishead who, for the benefit of others who may want to know, has explained that Geoff Barrow of Portishead formed a band called Beak. It it is Beak who is performing, not Portishead. Hope that helps.

Opening the Pyramid stage on the Sunday, the Burnham and Highbridge Band

Alternative pop rock duo Rews

"Ethno-chaos world-music" DakhaBrakha playing on the Friday (I like the comment asking why they were absent from the poster)

To be fair, it didn't make much sense to announce they were playing with a lineup they're not on.

Yeah, fair point. It's not as if the poster is exclusively big acts - Lapsley? Little Simz? They should have taken the Wheel of Four Tunes approach:

Hopefully this more or less confirms Davos to be playing. Absolutely superb at the Glade last years. 90's dance played on piano/keyboards

Shame there weren't more people there

Absolutely loving the woman dancing in the silver dress.

Has anybody heard anything else about the Stereo MCs? Are they still definitely playing?

They told me they were - 'def' was what they said in a tweet. In fact, they even announced it but got told to take it down because Glasto wanted to make its own announcement. I would imagine they'll do the The Glade again.

Ok, thanks. That's great news! Really hoping to catch them.

Posted this in a different thread, but this ace Ukranian folk band DakhaBraka have announced themselves for the 24th. Getting quite into this video  – could be good early afternoon West Holts vibes…

Just found out about this too.  I have seen DakhaBrakha several times at festivals.  They are unmissable.  Highly recommended!!!  Am really happy about this news, because this band can be difficult to catch.

Harry Koisser, lead singer of the band Peace has just tweeted

"Can't wait for first Glasto since I got snapchat"

No idea if he's self confirming Peace, or if he's just gonna be kicking around taking pictures and putting filters on them....
