Tried all those a few times. Don't like them. Once was enough adventure, there are nice tasting available. And frankly I don't see the need to give up childish things :D

What have  I missed?

so it's looking like a fucking Bowie tribute. Great!!! Paid over 200 quid to go to a fucking wake. Pppffttt!!

really uninspiring lineup on the main stages for me this year.

Can an someone give me some top dollar music recommendations for other things already confirmed?

why are there all these resales so close to the gigs?

it's pretty normal for the venue &/or promoter to hold back a number of tickets for their needs in some way (such as the production perhaps taking up some of the crowd area, for example), just in case they're needed.

When everything about the show is finalised they know they don't need the tickets, and the tickets get sold.

Got through and had 2 in my basket for one of the days which I've been trying to get for my friend's parent for ages. I let them know and they tell me they now want me to put them on a different card with 2 mins to go. Consequently I run out of time. Annoying; thank God I'm not relying on this.

It was Friday standing. Looks like someone already snapped it up. Keep refreshing all days. I got lucky a few weeks ago when a few tickets sporadically appeared

It's often unclaimed tickets reserved for management, sponsors, industry bods, friends and family, etc.

Ta, handy to know for future gigs.

Yeah I just kept it in my basket till the option to buy timed out. Hope someone on here got it

Never mind. I have my Berlin ticket sorted, which even including the cost of flights Berlin day festival with Radiohead, James Blake and the best klubnachts in the world works out better value.

pleased a few people on these boards got more tickets sorted. Especially now it doesn't look at all likely they are playing Glastonbury. :(

It's odd that this is completely secret and not one newspaper even has a story about it.

You would have thought with the obvious rumors going round that someone would have done a story saying radiohead are playing even with little evidence.

We had months of guess work from the mirror and sun and now nothing .

I genuinely don't think the media care two hoots about subs. They've got their Pyramid headliners, that's them got all they need to write about regarding the festival

I wouldn't go that far.

I'm less confident than I was 24 hours ago, but I still think my original source is likely to be right, and they'll play somewhere.

They only thing I could realistically see is other stage or pyramid though?

there is now surely nowhere logical for them to play unless it's a special guest on the other stage?

What if, right, first thing on the Friday morning, James run onto the Other Stage and launch right into Sit Down and the entire audience sits down - but - the only people who stay standing are Thom and the lads who've been there in the crowd all along with their instruments and they do their secret set right in the middle of the secret set.

Like in Inception.

Seems to happen quite a lot with the Roundhouse  eg last years Patti Smith gig and I noticed a couple of days ago a whole section of seating came available for the Songhoy Blues / Fatoumata Diawara show.

I thought you were going to say Radiohead would come on after and play Sit Down Stand Up.

    • Addison Rae has 33m instagram followers, Slayyyter 667k. Also 15 to 7,5 million spotify listeners with Addison's last release being more than a year ago. Obviously these metrics aren't everything, but still there is a big gap in popularity between the two.
    • Seems like the most obvious choice. Surprised they havent played since 2019 either.
    • My review of All Together Now 26, it was a whopper. https://niallmcquaid.wordpress.com/2026/08/06/all-together-now-2026-festival-review/
    • Yep it was on my list, id have loved to have gone.
    • Am a relative amateur in the ticket/tech shenanigans and not part of a large group etc. but personally preferred the F5 bashing approach and got through twice in recent yrs (plenty when didn't, mind) - 2023 but it crashed on me at the final hurdle and then again in 2024 where I held my nerve when it crashed again and managed to get.  Think now I am committed to volunteering if doing festivals as that's close to my heart, so happy to help others when the time comes round.   The most impressive I've seen was bus sales in 2022 when 2 mates casually bagged tickets while in San Sebastian, on a phone inside the stadium during a Real Sociedad v Man Utd game!
