First and last meal.

The past few years I've stuck to the same places to eat, but reading the food thread on here has got me excited to this year branch out and try other things. I think the first thing I'm gonna find out is the 'growler' 'cause I've heard so much about these! What's everyone else's?

for those that want, I never went last year so may have changed, but Growlers are on the way in to the other field on the left assuming you come from West Holts side

Oggies if I remember are on the path leading from Other to Pyramid almost opposite the pathway for Silver Hayes

 

and for the poster asking what Growlers were its chips cheese and bacon in  a baguette - proper stodge but they can't half absorb booze! Lovely mid afternoon snack and I can also vouch for Oggies - HUGE and will do you until quite late if you get one in around lunchtime

1st I'm probably going to try this jerk Chicken evreyone has been talking about on other forums (Anyone know where the best place usually is?) or the gourmet pasta place (forget what it's called).

 

By the last few days I'm reduced to eating footlong hotdogs as easy comfort food after putting my body through a 5 day bender.

I don't have set first and last meals but both times I've gone (and again this year no doubt) I've had a pizza from a particularly nice, if slightly expensive stall on the Oxlyers Other-Pyramid path round the back of Silver Hayes for dinner on the Friday night. So nice it even managed to perk up the thunderstorms last year.

last year was fantastic (Lebanese?) Meze I think its called with stuffed vine leaves and all sorts of stuff , so planning on revisiting that for starters
