Once someone gave us a lift to bristol, usually a 90 minute drive, but they didn't want to take any major roads and it took nearly 5 hours as they toodled along below 30mph the whole way.  For the entire journey they had Abba Gold playing on repeat.  By the time I arrived I wanted to claw my own ears out and push red hot wires into my brain to burn out the memory.
