Sunshine Underground, Northside, Dutch Uncles, Bipolar Sunshine, Public Service Broadcasting are must sees for me. Also saw ManMade supporting We are Scientists earlier this year, decent...Jonny Marr's lad is the lead singer so has pedigree!

Although I've never seen him, Mr Scruff sounds quite interesting.

I've been going down the list of bands and playing the ones I've never heard of before on Spotify. Mr Scruff stands out as being quite chilled with a good groove. Ideal for a lazy sunny afternoon (which of course it will be!!). It seems he's recorded loads of stuff. See what you think.

Mr Scruff is a must, good vibes!

The ones I'm ultra giddy about are:

Bipolar Sunshine

Public service broadcasting

Hyde & Beast (I really cant wait to see these)

The Soul Circle gang

Black Honey

the rest are the bigger bands. but I love finding new stuff so will be like a drunk humming bird this year.

Saw PSB at Glastonbury and was blown away. Any ideas what stage / day / slot they have?

Calling Out Stage on the Saturday - will have to wait for programme for time - unsure if they are headlining that stage or not

PSB are headlining the calling out tent so they'll be onstage at around 10pm for an hour or so slot. They may change the times a little things year as the calling out tent isn't doubling as the cinema tent when the music finishes

DoesKC have any secret/ hidden areas like Glasto does?

Just starting to get excited and hoping its not just all about the music but there are plenty of cool things to do too!

No secret or hidden areas but you do get secret sets...usually in Tim Peaks Diner for a very intimate set (once saw Roddy Frame, Edwyn Collins & Tim Burgess do a set in there) although there has been secret sets in the Calling Out tent (The Las did a secret set in there a couple of years ago).

By the sounds of the new woodland area it might be worth an explore round it as there's supposed to be dj sets and stuff like that in the woods.

Oh yeah and before Lochland points out, a load of adders !

Seeing blossoms tonight .. ... down to be playing tim peaks/thursday

Looking forward to them, liked what ive heard so far

They're so good live - saw them at gorilla in March and was very impressed. And then again at courteeners and they had no trouble with he big crowd. Would recommend people get in as early as needed to watch them on the Thursday.

    • Not necessarily but it should be, Download have a habit of messing it uo when others get the bookings on point. Good Charlotte I doubt are playing 3rd down and that too 3 that day while dreamy is too strong. I think you'd have one another day to help sell weekend tickets. I also doubt Papa Roach play.
    • Here's a bit of a wild stab, few placings may be off, and for all I know half of these won't actually be touring next year, but screw it, it's a bit of fun   Pyramid: Sabrina Carpenter, Phoebe Bridgers, TBA (Florence + The Machine), Garbage, The Last Dinner Party, Interpol, Alex James Britpop Classical Other: Chase & Status, Teddy Swims, Clairo, The Kooks, Zara Larsson, Kingfishr, Sports Team, Orbital West Holts: Robyn, Baby Keem, De La Soul, Deltron 3030, JID, Dua Saleh, kwn, Daniela Latila Woodsies: Bonobo, Darkside, TBA (Tame Impala), Laufey, Warmduscher, Wednesday, The Lottery Winners, The Royston Club, Florence Road Park: Patti Smith, Super Furry Animals, Slayyyter, The Cardigans, Skye Newman, Kelly Lee Owens, Teen Jesus & The Jean Teasers   Pyramid: Harry Styles, The xx, Richard Ashcroft, The Pogues, Jessie J, Sigrid, Travis Other: Rosalia, Sombr, Mitski, Alex Warren, Holly Humberstone, Cat Burns, Pale Waves, Yard Act West Holts: Basement Jaxx, Elyanna, Clipse, L’Imperatrice, Nation of Language, Jim Legxacy, Yazmin Lacey, RIP Magic Woodsies: Suede, Chvrches, Bleachers, MUNA, The Cribs, Keo, Bleech 9:3, The Lilacs Park: MARINA, Magdalena Bay, Jacob Alon, TBA (Lily Allen performs West End Girl), Getdown Services, Isaac Wood, Snail Mail, Madra Salach Pyramid: Sam Fender, Hozier, David Byrne, Cher, Obongjayar, David Gray, Billy Ocean Other: Doja Cat, Deftones, Addison Rae, Ren, Viagra Boys, Maisie Peters, The Reytons, Hard Life West Holts: Kano, Thievery Corporation, Angine De Poitrine, Thee Sacred Souls, Brooke Combe, Sasha Keable, Master Peace Woodsies: The Wombats, Metronomy, Geese*, Dry Cleaning, EsDeeKid, Sienna Spiro, Cowboy Hunters, Radio Free Alice Park: Big Thief, Laura Marling, MJ Lenderman, Richard Dawson, Oklou, Maruja, Dead Dads Club, Ratboys   *There's always one band booked for Woodsies that ends up being massively under-billed and gets shut down really early. They'd be better off playing somewhere like Other sub, but I could see the G getting them to play a smaller stage while it's still possible
