First sip of Brothers in the sun on Wednesday afternoon.

I really hate the getting in and at that point everything is unpacked, most people are in and we can relax and look forward to sun down on the first night in the stone circle.

Walking away from the lock-up with that little slip of paper early Wednesday afternoon.

At that point the tent is up, phone, keys, train ticket home and spare money are all safe and I've got nothing complicated to think about until Monday morning  (unless I forget and hit the beer hard BEFORE the lock-up like last year, nearly forgot to stash the little ticket safely!)

NYC downlow

Being a huge disco nut it's pretty unforgivable I didn't actually make it inside on my maiden Glastonbury visit (was always a huge q and just wanted to try and squeeze as much in as possible (never knew if would make it back to the festival) so can't wait (have seen Horse meat disco djing at various places & have been to their night at The Eagle) so this will complete the set seeing them in there (and have heard nothing but amazing reports back from the downlow.

Also will make it down the rabbit hole as well.

As it's my first time, walking through the site and seeing everything like Shangri la and stuff but very looking forward to the bands of course!

shangri la will blow yer mind at night. carry on walking through it all, cross over the old railway line, and carry on to Common Ground, and then to Block 9.

Yes, there are top up points, keep the recepe if you want to withdraw the money in the end   How much does food and drink usually cost at the festival?
