We come in from the East side for the CV fields, have you any idea on the small church that we'd pass on the road? I can't see it on Google Maps, but we turn off the main road (memory hazy on route here) and then travel about 2 miles past a few cottages, this church and some farm buildings. It's a great build up to getting onsite, but of course we can't stop and look around.

That's Pylle Church - the village of Pylle is there rather than at the main road which is where most people call Pylle.

Well, we do have some actual locals on this thread. I'm sure they'll put us up for a night or two ;)

All rooms in the inn are now full (bookings were early this year) but we do have room in the garden for tents.

For some reason (technical I expect) my quotes don't work anymore.

In fact neither does copy/paste??

Should we wave, or will you have set off at 7 in the morn?

We had a meal last year in Wells, after the taxi driver took us on a tour round the old bit. It does seem to close at 9pm though.

We can wave Splodge. We wander down to the farm on the Wednesday afternoon usually.
