feel the same about the thursday, it will be daft. everywhere is daft on the thursday unfortunately.

also thinking about if you are inside and need to go to the loo.... you are probably not going to be able to get out and back in again are you? i doubt they will have toilets inside.

  • 2 weeks later...

Loved this stage so much. Went on the Thursday night around 11pm and only queued for about 5 minutes. Wasn't rammed at all Spent a little over an hour in there. Sounded great.

I went Thursday night, can't remember what time but the queue was 75 people long to get in.

Bah, I didn't realise this wasn't open on Sunday. When I finally made it over to Silver Hayes on Sunday night, I found a closed tent where equipment was being packed away. Irritating as I'd chatted to a guy on Friday who told me how brilliant it was.

    • I’d be incredibly surprised if she was in the headline conversation at all. At best I could say a high Pyramid slot but I reckon maybe Other headliner against a rock act like Fender or even Other sub (where I have her in my predictions). I’d say Gracie Abrams is pulling similar if not better numbers to Tate and she was third down on the Other last year.
    • I dont think headliner. Other stage maybe
    • Sophie Williams (journalist and Mercury Prize judge) was on Huw Stephens' roundtable last week, said she'd love to see Overmono headline Green Man. Does feel like it's bound to happen. 2027 is surely on the cards seeing as they're about to release a new album
    • Cat Power Wilco Whatever combination of Avalon Emerson and Aldous I manage to see Ken Pomeroy Sparks with an honourable mention to Neve Cariad
    • Saw em live back in march, and they were bloody marvellous - all flames, ghouls and skulls on sticks. And so tight musically! (i'm a Pleasure To Kill man in terms of albums, mind)
