My mate, who is probably a pervert if truth be known, applied Vaseline to his bollocks before catching the bus into town to work one morning. He indicated that he was only a quarter of the way through the journey when the pain hit him. It hit him so hard that he cried for the rest of the journey. He got into work and went to the toilets immediately. H went into one of the shitters where he dropped his bags and put his conkers over the rim of the toilet and splashed water onto his private parts from the water in the wc pan. I suspect from this (as I just know it's true that he performed this act) that Vaseline isn't really a useful sexual lubricant.

Moisturising his ball bag? I'm so confused. What's more confusing is that most peoples responses have been regarding whether it'd sting or not...not the point of why a human would need to rub Vaseline on his sack!

Someone on here posted a couple years ago about a great idea for getting drugs into the festival. They put them in an open french stick sandwich with a bite taken out of it. That way if the dogs bark at him it would look like they were after his meal. Genious!

Then I saw this the other day ;

Wonder if it was the same guy ?

My mates took a load of stuff wrapped up so it was watertight, then in gaffer tape then stuck to the bottom of one of these

They filled it with hot coffee and came into the camper van field at Secret Garden Party, got pulled over for a standard vehicle search and sat chatting to security supping on said coffee, they ended up having a good old chat about their camper van and were waved off with a smile - genius :D (and pretty bold)

i'd be scared of my drugs turning to mush / degrading somehow because of the scolding hot temperature surrounding them. sure that can't be good for them

gotta say i'm worrying more than usual about bringing stuff in this year due to travelling by car rather than coach (which is what i usually do and obviously has no problem getting through as they wouldn't search and entire coach) so i'm open for any inventive ideas that would work (although i'm sure the police have seen em all)

Doesn't make a difference. Can't believe people would talk about stuff like this on one of the key Glastonbury forums. The "let's talk about drugs" thread someone made a while back was an embarrassment, the details of sites and ideas that were being talked about. Unreal levels of amateur stupidity. (This isn't aimed at you in particular Aby, I understand you were just adding to what was already there).

Well done though guys, good work!

It's pretty simple, sort yourselves out and use your brains.

    • Another one from Sheffield DocFest this weekend, Earth Wind & Fire docu, directed by Questlove. Sensational archive footage, contributions from band members, family, plus a lot of very big fans (Stevie, Lionel, Flea, the Obamas) and a warts n all assessment of the genius / flawed human being that was Maurice White. Also, I never realised he started out as a jazz drummer with Ramsay Lewis. Well worth a watch.
    • In a 6,800-word Substack essay, external, the Clacton MP said "anti-white racism was embedded into the state", and that legislation aimed at equality was a form of "social cleansing"   .https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cdjkd4mp93zo   The privileged white c**t hasn’t got a clue what racism is.
