'Arry talking bullshit and then declining to give the full facts? Well I never!! (His now said he won't name the players out of respect for them )

To be honest I don't think there is a huge difference in class between that side and the one that played the first two games.

Looking forward to seeing what kind of response the team will give tonight. Hoping for a win to at least give us something to cheer, but a draw in the other game so that i) Costa Rica still win the group, ii) Uruguay go out on goal difference and therefore iii) we get to see some Uruguayan tears and blaming of everyone and everything else. However while I think Costa Rica are being heavily overrated by the media they're still probably too energetic and focused for us.

Interesting how the draw has grouped together all the South American teams, the winner of Brazil/Chile will play the winner of Colombia/Uruguay in the quarter-final, and Argentina/Ecuador in the second round is a realistic shout. For all the noise being made about the emergence of South America it still looks like Brazil and Argentina will be their representatives in the semi-finals, along with Holland and Germany/France.

    • Spring (or early) next year now.   Says to me that the album is/was delayed. I've done some digging but not had anything beyond that.
    • Same’s happened at MSG recently with Rush and Phish alternating nights. I guess each band has its own unique production so their riggers will be kept busy
    • The rumour was uk arena tour late this year.  Same as Charli xcx cant be announced until Reading headline is done.
    • Latest from the sun at least is that harry is still headlining but Olivia has turned down a spot next year to work on new music and hope for 2028.   So they can't have Fender, Fontaines, Harry, Olivia and Madonna.
    • I mean I don't think EC and FFDP are borderline sub, they wouldn't be any lower now.   2025 is about as strong as Bloodstock gets yet this year only one headline would sub and the others would play 3rd down or lower.    Machine Head wouldn't sub at Download regardless of rarity, they don't sell enough tickets and I'm not sure Gojira would sub either. Their last UK tour was a mix of smaller arenas and academy dates. Ally Pally being the only London date, not even Wembley Arena.
