Been down the festival today and it's been bloody lovely. Can't believe BBC as they forecast cloudy day today and it's been wall to wall sunshine. Loads of cracks in the ground and really long grass so I think if we do get rain(I think we will) then it shouldn't be too much of a problem. Saying that because of the floods I'm a bit concerned that the ground could be harbouring a lot of water below and when it rains then the ground could get soggy very quickly.

Let's keep praying it won't be tooooo bad

Well the supposed "cloudy" Wednesday turned out to be stunning weather. Pretty much blue sky all the way with a little bit of breeze

Site is so dry they were having to send trucks round to damp down the dust. As other have said the ground is very solid but the grass seems to have been left pretty long which will help soak up the rain.

Certainly seems forecast but don't think it will quite be a mud fest
