Just when I think apathy is setting in around Glastonbury it has started, I'm sure you know how it goes,

you start checking how many days are left religiously everyday,

you start glastobating at work without realising it.

your wondering when the first site map is out

the webcam first thing in the morning is now your friend and your looking for that first glint of the fence - even though its well over a month away :)

the first site you check in the morning now is this one

your starting to think about the weather and remember netweather.tv and Jackone the weatherman who is going to predict wall to wall sunshine

your looking out for alcohol bargains already

your thinking about getting your tent out for an airing in the garden

you find yourself trouser browsing on tent and camping porn sites

to name a few

Agree on the anticipation, but not sure about the apathy though, I was working on 2014 ticket strategies whilst driving back in 2013, and working on CV awnings and kit since Autumn.

I need help.

My Glasto experience each year is as follows

Wake up try for a ticket

Get a ticket and get excited.

Forget about Glastonbury until end of March

Line up gets released get excited

forget about Glastonbury until June

Pack for Glastonbury

I find that pretty much everything I have to do in life, is consoled by the fact that I'm going to Glastonbury. Particularly uni. "If I finish my dissertation, I can spend more time thinking about Glastonbury". "I hate uni but it's okay, I finish forever and then a week later I can go to Glastonbury." "All this work is so boring, but Glastonbury wont be boring so I'll just have to cope for now" etc. It's pretty much the only thing getting me through uni, as I hate uni so much and I'm only still there because I'm in my last year and I'd be an idiot to drop out.

I'm buying my booze this weekend! Supermarkets are full to the brim with deals for the Easter weekend and, not being a home drinker, I'm fairly confident I can keep it stocked up without being tempted...although I might have a sneaky Brothers whilst paying my balance off just to get in the spirit.

It's the start of the summer for me, Glasto then a week or so back at work followed by a couple of weeks in Cornwall. It would be easier to go straight to Cornwall from Glasto as we live in the North West but i need a week to recover!

One of my group is in the same boat uni wise as you are and I just keeping telling her to focus on how good G will be this year when she doesn't have another year of uni hanging over her. Glasto 2011 was extra special for me as I'd just finished uni and had gaduation a few days after I got home from the festival.
