We've got another extremely witty chap here folks.

I'm not even a fan of any of them. In your perfect world the headliner would be some underground band from chicago who is only known by about a 100 people. Dick head.

Rampant speculation is what this place is all about, that and Russy's creative insults. If headliner speculation is too much you probably don't want to see how fascinated people have been with the potential location for Arcadia or which food they like.

Personally I just love your name calling and find your input enthralling, this forum is all the better for it, thank you.

I would of loved Prince too. Or Bowie.

The chances where non existent for Bowie and always mixed for Prince.

So obviously, it is probably going to be a modern mainstream act and I just don't see the reason to slate every single rumour that appears on the forum which is what a lot seem to do. It's very predictable.

We dont know it's going to be a moden mainstream act at all. Hence the reason we are still debating who it might be. As part of that debate, some acts will be branded shit, some will be branded ace.

Perhaps you could tell us how to make such a discussion less predictable?

even though we pretty much know it's now not gonna be an act in the leagues of Prince, Bowie etc, it'd still be disappointing if it ends up being somebody like Florence & The Machine / an act who would be questioned as a headliner. there's no denying that going from having Prince headline to Kylie / Flo / whoever is a massive bummer. just hoping it's somebody to make it a bit less of a bummer (although, with Metallica apparently being on Other, i'd kind of like it to be somebody rubbish)

This guy, comes to music website, sees the general opinion does no gel with his, then tells the existing members they should fuck off for liking things he doesn't like.... Mate, behave.

    • Definitely see this as being 'weak' on paper but could see a few bumps up from previous sets at Download (Don Broco, Neck Deep etc).
    • Very different in terms of time of game,  yet remember how excited I was before the first game in Euro 2016 having grown up not sure I would ever see wales in an international tournament. That day scraped a win against Slovakia and was just happy to see wales score and win at a tournament, little did I know we would finish in the top 4. Hope Scottish fans get the same experience.

    • I don't think I'm alone as a Scotland fan that there is no way that I could possibly fall asleep knowing we're about to play our first World Cup game in 28 years! Pure adrenaline is keeping me wide awake (and plenty of rum)!
