Most regular punters here are intrigued about who the headliners might be, but most are far, far more interested about who else is playing in the other stages at what time and on what day

And that's not meant to be a criticism on the Pyramid headliners at all, it's just an appreciation on how wonderfully diverse, and ultimately good, the Glasto line ups are

70 stages across the site for heavens sake, so while the Pyramid headliner is on, there are 70 other headliners playing their own stage somewhere else. That what makes the festival so bloody great.

I defy anyone not to find something truly special at any time of the day. The key is to find that act who is, or becomes, truly special to you

As I have said, they're not my favourite bands. I never liked Coldplay really but gave them a go in 2011 and it was brilliant.

Kasabian is uninspiring to me but I'll probably also give them a go on the Sunday.

It's the fact that majority on here obviously aren't going to like the majority of Pyramid headliners so why constantly search for the 3rd headliner as the most likely outcome is going to be someone who none of use will go and see.

I can imagine the reaction if it's Florence and the Machine. Haha!

I've loved many pyramid acts over the years. Some of my best glastonbury moments have been watching a pyramid headliner. That's why I care if garbage like kylie or kasabian play, or one of my preferred acts.

The fact you will go and see kasabian despite not liking them, just because they are on the pyramid says a lot about you.

It's been relatively mild mannered this year. Generally people are having a reasoned discussion about the relative merits of acts who could headline the Pyramid. If people wish to add a personal opinion on the end, let them.

Rampant speculation is what this place is all about, that and Russy's creative insults. If headliner speculation is too much you probably don't want to see how fascinated people have been with the potential location for Arcadia or which food they like.
