The difference between Bruce and Prince is that every Bruce video I watched in 2009 left me unconvinced and every Prince video I've watched this year has left me with my jaw on the floor.

Still don't like either of their albums though, but the purple one is certainly an incredible guitarist.

What I said had nothing to do with 'hits'... If all you've seen/heard of Prince is the 'hits' then I'm not surprised that you don't rate his guitar work. But as I said, it's subjective to each individual.

I don't know where I would be without your "sources" confirming an act is in talks (usually after a June UK tour is announced) before later transpiring that they are not playing at all.

At least we get the (unprovable and as such undeniable) explanation that they were in talks but that they are now no longer playing.

Which of those have I categorically stated are playing this year? Just the one.

I'll be happy to take a pint off you on the Sunday by way of n apology.
