The Space To Put Predictions And Then Provide Feedback Or Bold Bands If You Want To Show People Who You Like Thread

Mm yeah that seems a bit old all together. Most of those could've played five years ago, and Odd Future aren't even around anymore. I can't really see SOAD rising to headline status now after subbing before split and after split, but I guess I didn't see the Fall Out Boy headline coming either.

The Strokes? after co-headlining in 2011 (and off the back of their 'return) i doubt they'd return as all out headliners now. replace with Kasabain and it all looks pretty likely

Nah yer alright bud. If it makes it any better, you can call Major Lazer a coheadliner who subs each site. I don't think The Strokes are gonna sub and I don't necessarily think they'll coheadline if they return either.

Also it wasn't their return in 2011 - they headlined IOW the year before.

Kendrick will headline eventually but I think 2017 would be too soon, more likely 2018/2019

Kendrick will headline one day, but definitely not next year. probably will be co-headliner in 2018/2019 if he keeps his popularity. Aside from that, Deftones wouldn't be anything but a sub when under co-headliners and both Shikari and Bastille would headline the NME, both are way too big to not headline it.

I think Tame Impala will headline the next time they play. They're at a similar level to what Foals were on when they were rounding off the last album tour. Don't reckon it'll be next year though.

Glastonbury can't price R+L out of anyone; they've just got bigger exposure to offer. Not that Radiohead really need exposure or anything - when it comes to festivals I think they can and will play where they want.

If they play next year i can't see them headlining, off another album could definitely see a co-headline.

Apart from placing some acts way too low and some way too high, it's pretty good

Doesn't seem too unreasonable to me, just a few acts a bit too low (YM@6 & Wolf Alice for example)

Who do you reckon is to high? I know YM@6 would probably sub but I was trying to squeeze Deftones in anywhere I could

Too Low: Wolf Alice (Should be fourth from top), You Me At Six (Should Sub), Marmozets (played that slot last year, with a new album they'll be probably 5th from top), Twin Atlantic (With a new album that does well will be 3rd down or NME Headliner), Sum 41 (Definitely would be above JEW)

Too High: Hinds (Opening Main Stage would even be a push), Neck Deep, BMTH (Would Co-Headline with the right band), Deftones, Architects, Band Of Skulls, Weezer, Jimmy Eat World. Also don't think that Skepta is big enough to headline NME on his own as last year BBK as a group headlined the Dance Tent, he isn't a big enough draw alone, would do the 1Xtra more likely than not, same with Stormzy.
