RDB did tweet earlier in the month saying that he's booked 'alot more heavy metal' this year. (NIN aren't heavy metal, but it fits in with that)

Plus NIN haven't been announced for either Download or Sonisphere & people expected them to be at one or the other, so who knows.

Oooh la. I think NIN being around in September is a bit of a stretch, they were at a lot of the late European festivals last year so it'd just be Bestival really. Plus they're not booked in North America at all this year yet so whenever they do announce dates it'll probably clash with Bestival.

The only problem is that the Manics haven't released a decent record in years and haven't had any commercial sense since the late 90's have they? Just can't see them being the right act for Bestival.
