I'm not saying it couldn't happen, but I would be amazed

I can't think of a band more 'in it for the money' than the Eagles. I really don't see them taking a massive pay cut (and it would be enormous) just for the joy of playing Glasto considering how much they hate each other. Also, I don't think they need any more exposure to sell copies of the Eagles' Greatest Hits (29 million copies sold)

I was at Hop Farm when the Eagles were on. It actually wasnt that bad but completely by numbers. They dont light up a stage and rely on obsessed fans who like a lot of chairs. The only really good bit was Boys of Summer.

Horrible line-up. The last two specifically ; purveyors of sound-a-like, generic and ordinary uninspiring music planted firmly in their genre. Basically copying what went before and reprocessing it for the guilible and uneducated masses.

The Eagles in particular. Go listen to the fucking Band, man ....

Oh, apart from the Hitch-hikers one. Journey of the Sorceror?
