Lineup 2015

I'm too tired for recall but whoever suggested a Libertines/ Black Keys co-headliner is a god amongst paupers in my book (not calling people on here paupers it's a saying so chill).

Never found the chance to see Pete 'n' Carl and I for one enjoyed Turn Blue so both bands would be a good booking for me.

Think a Foals/ Black Keys is more likely though. Foals should step up after Holy Fire's epicness and a new record on the agenda.

I think that was me. Probably was me because I am a god.

Why do you guys assume Jay-Z will play? Was there any rumour?

No. Somebody said that they think there'll be a rap headliner even though Melv said that they were all guitar bands so we has to try to figure out who it would be.

I'm awful, nobody should let me into uni ever

They won't.

Not even that. All the people they were in talks with were. Not all headliners will be, necessarily :P

Oh aye. I knew that but it slipped my mind.

Though I dunno if they'd sign up a Jay Z or a Kanye as an afterthought. Especially if Linkin Park are at the front of their thoughts ay.

The first few Royal Blood dates have been released - Sheffield Leadmill (900 capacity) 31/10, Manchester Ritz (1500) 2/11, Birmingham Institute (1500) 4/11.

Smaller than I was expecting, but around the right size for natural progression. Be interesting to see if any get upgraded - but it doesn't appear to be academy venues.

    • Just watched Annie Lennox at Wilderness Festival as part of her global feminist The Circle initiative. She curated the 2 hour slot with special guests including Jessie Ware and then did  a 1/2 hour slot singing her and Eurythmics hits at the end. Her voice is amazing still and I am convinced she would do an amazing set on Sunday afternoon. She even wore a jacket with a sparkling CND symbol on the back! It’s a sign!!
    • 1. Jack White - Frozen Charlotte 2. Buffalo Traffic Jam - Pictures Of You 3. The Rolling Stones - Foreign Tongues
    • Is it one of those bollocks things where ones is a festival and the other would be a show lol
    • Hello,   I have no idea what the answer is to your question, but wish you well in your quest for information.
    • Yes, I was asking about comedy, and also it seems odd that after bringing it back last year, the Seaside Stage seems to have gone again. Probably why Massaoke (basically a big karaoke sing-along) is now on the Castle Stage. But on all three days?! Does all seem a little desperate this year, though hopefully I will be proved wrong. Still think the Mary Wallopers fiasco has probably put a lot of artists off performing at Victorious, hence the reduction in stages and acts appearing... One of the best things about Victorious in the early days was its value for money compared to some of the other bigger festivals, but this certainly not the case anymore...
