Chapel Club broke up.

Cannot see Two Door on the NME stage any more. They could sub main at a push nowadays.

Don't think Bastille will return, ever.

I'd definitely go to that though, probably volunteer rather than pay however.

Ed Sheeran is a much bigger, and completely different act though?

He's another act who played a small slot at Reading when he was first breaking, went massive in the run up to the fest / immediately afterwards, has been booked by V instead since, and is hated by the NME (and anyone with any taste).

I think it's a reasonable prediction. A couple I'd move about but mostly there.

I agree Bastille probably won't return. They just book some acts early on and then aren't interested in them anymore. Coldplay and Keane being historical examples, and I'd say Sheeran and Mumfords more recently and Bastille could easily go that way.

But Bastille haven't got as 'huge' and aren't hated by NME.

Jesus Christ, your predictions were less depressing when you always included the Manics.

Cheers. I tend to think about realism more when I'm making them, than whether they're depressing or not though.

Well they're only a couple of slots below him at fests now. I could see them playing arenas off the next album. They're as big now as Sheeran was at the equivalent point in his career, for sure.

And they definitely are hated by NME. I guarantee you that.

Tom Odell played R&L?! I presume FR stage?

Pretty sure he never has...?

I genuinely went and sat under a tree round the corner on my own and looked at my phone instead of seeing him at BST.

I hope that's tongue-in-cheek. You have Royal Blood third on the main stage.
