Metallica (heavy Friday)

Slipknot (heavy Friday and also a sub that is a big sub that people argue could headline and can headline DL/Soni)

The Black Keys (co-headline)

The Libertines (co-headline)

Muse (the 4 year repeat headliner)

The 1975 (sub NME to sub main step up act)

IMO The Strokes could headline the NME and not look out of place

Didnt they only headline the 2nd stage at T the year they headlined Reading and Leeds?

How does the fact that they traditionally play higher slots at R&L than anywhere else prove that they'd play such a low slot at R&L?

Here I go

Fall Out Boy (One Download sub headlining two years after rule, Pop Punk headliner rule and up and coming rule)

Ed Sheeran (Singer/Songwriter with two albums that have both reached number one)

Metallica (an act for more mature members and heavy day)

Royal Blood (NME to sub and FR seem to be giving massive bumps to bands for no reason)

Kasabian (Gaps between booking headliners again are clearly getting smaller and are clearly popular with the kids these days)
Luis Suarez (Controversial sub)

You heard it here first folks

I nearly fell for that. You aren't as daft as you appear.

    • When I was in the cinema to watch The Odyssey a few weeks ago, I saw a trailer for a film called One Night Only. Premise is a rom-com but with a backdrop that it's the one night of the year where non-marital sex is legal.   Some of the background mechanics as to how this works as per the reviews seem creepy and like something a lot of people wouldn't just accept and go with. How you marry that to a rom-com narrative is bizarre.
    • Thanks for all your comments regarding the location to pitch ... much appreciated 👏
    • Have you ever thought that maybe, just maybe, Coben based TV shows aren't your cup of tea?
    • Could Raye potentially be a headliner? If we're dead certain about a female headliner, that seems like a decent bet.
    • Indeed it could always be that. As much as I don't think they'd want Fender on his second year back, if they got Fontaines they've toured what feels like forever now    The thing with Sabrina is, I think they go for her rather than Olivia Dean 4 years in a row appearing and if Olivia has said no I reckon Sabrina isn't available either.  If that's being announced soon it'll be sold out way before Glastonbury is announced.
