Bah. Bit annoyed at Jose. Man U were almost dead for the season, now they might not be. I reckon a 50/50 chance of them getting to 4 now...

nah ... they'd need their form to skyrocket. While he'd improve them, I can't see him improving them that much, because it's not really a player like him that they need.

I dunno. Some of the matches, they've just missed a small push to get a goal in. Mata could give them that push and points. I'd say he's had another potential 10 points to their total ( as in, 10 points more than they would have got without him). If Everton/Liverpool continue to lose silly points, that could be enough for 4...

If you add 10 points to Utd's average you have them performing the same as all of of Arsenal, Chelsea, and Man City.

Really, do you think that'll happen? Or have you instead not looked properly at the maths?

Oh, i'm not looking at it in mathematical terms: all their dropped points have generally come this season through losing or drawing by more than one goal. (On average, not couting the recent Chelsea Spanking).

If the same rough pattern follows the seond half of the season, and say Mata gets them a goal in half those games, then i would roughly say he'd get them 10 extra points.

I could be horribly wrong of course. I hope i am!

    • There is a bunch of TBC acts on Deftones day, according to APE insta. The obvious guesses are Fiddlehead, Nothing, Dynamite and Make Way, "Outbreak" artists playing the night before. The question is more about how are they are gonna fit in on three big stages.    is
    • SURELY Reel Big Fish will be here?
    • Sam Fender, Harry Styles, Sabrina Carpenter is a very bland set of headliners. Commercially successful and makes plenty of sense, but it wouldn't be very inspirising. That said I want a band like Green Day to headline so who am I to say what exciting is.
    • Potentially rogue shout here but could see Rebecca Black in the running for a mid-afternoon spot. I know most people still remember her for Friday but lately she’s been putting out a lot of fun pop bangers, think this could be a very fun booking!
