It is odd, considering so little is put up at this stage of the festival.

As mentioned by others, I'm a little gutted I know about it now - similar to seeing the run through of Coldplays light show done on the Wednesday in 2011. Fair play to OP though, it has stemmed my curiosity!

i'm not sure it's just for the stones. i'm almost positive i heard something about mutoid waste doing stuff on the pyramid discussed several months ago before the stones were even confirmed

I'm also intrigued but equally gutted that I have spoilt any sort of surprise for myself by finding out there is something, regardless of what it might be. On the bright side, if they are installing it now, it would be there for all to see on the Wednesday walkabout, so it's not like spoiling a huge mid-show surprise.

Very glad of this, there was loads of decoration around in 03 and 04 then they seemed to give up. I think it was all inflatable stuff probably suffered in the wind
