I've seen them 4 times now and the show at Village Underground a few weeks ago was a massive step up- they've really raised their game. Should be an awesome gig (followed by a quick jog over to the Pyramid for NC). Really hope they play Lit Up.

I was at one of those VU gigs too. Blew me away! Although I didn't find the cider that strong, not sure if that makes me an alcoholic or not...

I think it will be scaled down for Glasto obviously but I'm hoping for some visuals and most of the album. So happy I'll get to see them!

I'm rubbish at reading maps but it still looks a bit of a trek to me. Is it really five mins? Think I'll leave during the last song too.

Anyone going to this tonight? I've not played the album in ages, and listened to it on the way in this morning and realised I've really gone off them. Then to compound things, I saw a photo of them and they appear to be a right pair of Dalston whoppers.

Have they got any new material?

Ah well, gets me out the house I suppose

Saw them last week in Sheffield, they were good and did play some new stuff, but I think the novelty will wear off quite quickly. Not sure I would go out of my way to see them again.

Saw them supporting Manic Street Preachers earlier in the year.

It's quite the treat, imagine two guys dressed as the scientists from Look Around You with bleepy bloopy music and an old fashioned projector. A feast for the eyes and ears.

Off to see them in Bristol for this tour too, though the gig at the Forum sounds like it's gonna be a good 'un.

Surprised I missed 'em in Pilton but sometimes that's just the way it is. Have missed many an act who I wanted to see at that god damn beautiful farm.

    • Proper special gig tonight. They won't mean much to most people, but The Dogs D'Amour were one of the most significant bands of my youth.   Tyla, yer main man of said band, was playing in Birkenhead tonight. Not many there, but it was going fine. Then he decided he didn't like the smoke and the flashing lights so suggested moving the gig to the beer garden. Off we all went, and it was magical. Like having your favourite musician play in your garden. I absolutely loved it.   Before:     After:
