Saw him last night and he was outstanding, reall is a shame that he's not on the bill. His voice is just something else. Someone in the crowd asked him if he'd got his laptop back - he laughed and said he's expecting to see lots of pictures of his nob appearing on the internet any day now.

Interestingly, I heard about an incident where he dropped his laptop whilst walking to the stage, forcing him to do an unplugged gig.

Of course, his laptop may have been stolen. But what if he just periodically challenges himself? Shaking up his set by denying himself his electronic backing.

Also, I note he is touring with Elbow this year in the US during May, who are playing Ireland (June 25th) a few days after Grants gig in Ireland......... And sure we all know Elbow are playing Glastonbury ...........so...........
