West Holts Stage really does look very redirected (as indicated on the new Fine Guide map). With its line of sight now parallel with Brothers Bar I would have thought there will be inevitable bar and crowd contention along there.

Is anyone using the 2011 Windows gadget from kohoutec to display the webcam? Only the middle (Pyramid) view seems to ever update on mine, the other views still showing 2012 views. Cached somewhere for this gadget perhaps?

Solved. They are indeed cached by IE (since the gadget pull out operation simply calls IE to fetch the latest webcam jpg from bbc.co.uk). Search C:\ for "greenfields.jpg" and "johnpeel.jpg" - they should be in the Temporary Internet Files (IE cache). They may have a "[1]" added to the filename as well. Delete them. Click on the gadget again to call up the web cam shots and they should now be up to date.

I wondered whether they might move Brothers at one point such seems the possibility for contention there, but its still marked in the usual place on the map. As you say, perhaps they'll move the stall line back 20 foot or so to make room.

I am sure they would have thought about that and move them stalls slightly? (I know there's the hedge/tree behind..but I am sure its something that's been thought about before moving the stage :P)

ooo screen frames! Now that does seem early!

    • The first half of that game was cracking but then I fell asleep at half time. Maybe that's just the momentum of things.

    • A win is a win but it was a very poor game with only 4 shots on target in the whole game. Scotland obviously handed a massive bonus with Brazil and Morocco drawing but I don't think either of them will be too worried.
    • Word of advice, your work-life energy balance should be 60% energy for work and 40% energy for life. If you're drained after a day's work, that is something you should strongly look into. Especially if it is solely due to work.
