It has worked for me in years gone by. The only year I took any wet weather gear was 2011, because it was clear it was going to be needed. This year I am confident that if we do get a shower here and there it would be a welcome cool down, or sheltering in a tent/bar at the worst.

incidently earlier this week, we were predicted heavy rain for today. Even this morning they predicted cloud and 14 degrees. In actual fact it's sunny, hot and blue skies!

It's good but still concerned for weekend - as Jackone says think we'll gonna have to wait until Monday/Tues to see what Sat/Sun will be like
